Welcome to the Instructor Academy!
The instructor Academy will be an ongoing means training and collaboration for Advanced Technical Trainers and Instructional Designers. Here, we will teach each other principles of Instructional Design and find practical ways to improve e-Learning at Novell. It will be a 30-45 minute segment of the bi-weekly combined instructor meeting, held every other Monday at 2.30 pm.

1. Incorporate principles of e-Learning design. (Continue/followup with the training presented at Development Week 2010
2. Model effective e-Learning, blended learning and modular development.
3. Create an atmosphere of teaching each other and strengthen relationships of trust between designers and instructors.
4. Adapt to specific needs of instructors and apply to what they are currently working on in practical ways.
